Rancho San Josemaría is the most awarded artisan cheese factory in Latin America. In 14 years of existence they have received ten international medals at the World Cheese Award, and the Concourse International de Lyon, the most distinguished cheese competitions in the world. San Josemaría cheeses are handcrafted, so they are 'seasonal cheeses' with a limited production. In addition, the ranch receives visits with previous appointments to learn about the production process.
