As part of the working tour of Spain, the governor, Mauricio Kuri González, signed a collaboration agreement and visited the facilities of Ávoris Travel School, a leading institution in vocational training for tourism, located in Madrid. During the meeting, the state governor highlighted the importance of training and talent development to show Querétaro to the world.

"This collaboration opens up opportunities for the development of new competencies and shared academic programs. Through the state's Ministry of Tourism, we will be building bridges to build a collaboration to strengthen the sale of the Querétaro-Madrid flight and promote the tourist influx between Spain and our state," he said.

Within her participation, the Secretary of Tourism of the state, Adriana Vega Vázquez Mellado, pointed out that this agreement represents a concrete opportunity to strengthen the training of around 11,500 travel agents, who make up the sales force of Grupo Ávoris.

"For our part, we make available to all of you, our Agent Q Training Platform. This space is designed so that travel agents and sales executives can learn about the main tourist attractions and services of our state. Each one at their own pace and occupying the time they think necessary. It is a friendly, simple and easy digital platform, so that each employee of Grupo Ávoris becomes a Q Agent and a Querétaro ambassador here in Madrid and throughout Europe," he said.

Additionally, the head of the Executive Branch in the state, in the company of the Querétaro delegation that participates in this working tour, visited the Airbus 350 aircraft, with 432 seats, which will be used from October, with the start of operations of the Querétaro-Madrid flight.
