In the company of the municipal president of Ezequiel Montes, Iván Reséndiz Ramírez, the head of the Ministry of Tourism, Adriana Vega Vázquez Mellado, inaugurated the Tinto y Roca restaurant, which is located within the facilities of the Hotel Hostal Medieval, in the Magical Town of Bernal. There he highlighted gastronomy as one of the fundamental pillars of tourist attraction for the entity and thanked the investors for enriching the culinary offer in this Magical Town.

Alberto Barroso and Alfonso Tovar, partners of this new gastronomic project, explained that starting today, diners will be offered a culinary proposal based on Argentinian and Brazilian type roasts, aged cuts of meat and pairings with Querétaro wine, among other dishes.
