Cava 57 celebrated its seventh Grape Harvest Festival, this time the 2022 edition; An afternoon in which, although the rain was present, it never dampened the spirits of the attendees.
The class and elegance of his guests was evident throughout. It was a very special celebration in which children and adults enjoyed, laughed, danced and were pampered.
The vineyard offered a three-course menu that consisted of tomato salad with mackerel sashimi de baja, octopus and brut nature vinaigrette; then a mellow suckling pig with fie accompanied by onion risotto with merlot glaze and for dessert a chocolate mousse, all paired with Paloma Wine, one of the best wines of the house.
The party had a celebratory tone from the early hours. Live music made those present dance, while the grape stomping, a traditional event of the grape harvests, was carried out. The attendees were also carrying out wine tastings in the underground cellar during the afternoon.
In these tastings they learned about part of the history of the vineyard and its iconic labels, which owe their names to passages in the history of Mexico.
Despite the rain, tours were made to the vineyard area so that the grapes could be harvested. Those who made them learned about the grape harvesting process and the process they take to become a Cava 57 wine.
The live music did not give a truce and at all times generated an atmosphere of festivity and gratitude. Wine accompanied the celebration in one of the most iconic vineyards and close to the city of Querétaro: Cava 57.
