Next Sunday, February 27, the 50th edition of the Sierra Gorda Half Marathon will be run, a significant sporting event throughout the state.
The authorities of the municipality of Jalpan de Serra have launched an invitation for runners from all latitudes to participate in this important edition.
The Half Marathon has become the most important sporting event in the north of the mountain area. With the intention of making it more attractive for families, it will be run in the distances of 21, 10, 5 and 3 kilometers; this with the aim of approaching more people.
Municipal authorities of Jalpan de Serra were happy to announce that this year they would run again in person, since last year it was held virtually due to the health contingency.
Those interested still have time to register in the category of their choice. Registration costs start at 150 pesos and, depending on the category and registration date, can reach up to 500 pesos.
Do not stay out, be part of one of the sporting events with the greatest historical significance and most important in Querétaro. Registrations can be made on the page www.jalpan.travel or directly at the municipal offices of Jalpan de Serra.
