“The idea of Central Station is to create, among different concepts, a community in which we can celebrate art, food, drink, in short, party (…) it is a concept that is aimed at young people, thanks to its self-sustaining architecture and the atmosphere so relaxed that you can live”, shares Armando Ortiz, General Director of Grupo Franco, of which this space is part.
At the time of ordering, all the guests can be completely satisfied because the gastronomic variety is practically endless. Central Station offers eight different concepts, each with a full menu of options, where you can find hamburgers, pizzas, wings, brisket, ramen, seafood, cakes, tacos, cuts, coffee, donuts, milkshakes. Its culinary multiculturalism is the answer to its community vocation; At train or bus stations, people of diverse origins usually come together who, in keeping with the traditions of the place, strengthen the character of a society.
His cocktails are sober and simple; from the perfection of a jar of very cold beer, through mixology classics such as the mojito, the piña colada, the martini, the aperol spritz, the cosmos or the carajillo, to signature proposals such as the Bull Claro, which combines beer with whiskey and a touch of lemon, or Clericot with Strongbowl for lovers of red fruits, their drinks trigger conversation and amalgamate coexistence.
Estación Central goes beyond being a simple restaurant, since it regularly lends its space to the celebration of artist exhibitions, local product markets, pet contests and all kinds of social events that close the circle of relationships.
