In the decade from 1950 to 1960, the property was fitted out, preserving much of its original architecture, and some adjustments were made to give the property more space.In the decade of the 80's, the construction of the current parish church began, the Sanjoaquinenses worked for several years in coordination with the parish priest Concepción Lozano, who had to undertake the demolition and construction work in conjunction with the authorities municipalities and the town of San Joaquín.On February 18, 1995, the Hon. Mr. Bishop Don Mario de Gasperín Gasperín dedicated in Honor to the Patron Saint Mr. San Joaquín solemnly raised the temple and the altar, likewise blessed the parish house.
