Adriana Vega, explained that during the month of June, the state of Querétaro will show in this, one of the most sought-after areas of Mexico City, the high quality of its handicrafts, the flavor of its wines, its artisanal cheeses, its traditional gastronomy and all the tourist information of the main attractions of the entity. such as its 7 Magical Towns, its wine region and the beauty of its Sierra Gorda.
"Querétaro is present here with its artisan hands, its creativity, its countryside, its flavors and its people. During this month, you will be able to find an extraordinary sample of our artisans from different municipalities, as well as producers of honey, sauces, traditional sweets, infusions, wines, beers, nuts, chocolate and more," added the secretary.
Marcela Camacho, general director of Tourism Innovation, participated in the inauguration as a representative of the Federal Tourism Secretariat, who highlighted the entity as a destination with outstanding connectivity, and very consolidated attractions such as romance tourism, meeting tourism and Magical Towns.
In this space, and throughout the month of June, various workshops, tastings, and gastronomic samples will be held, where visitors will be able to make their own Lelés dolls, taste wines and cheeses, taste traditional dishes and try various agri-food products and cosmetics.
Additionally, in this framework, Secretary Adriana Vega, renewed the collaboration agreement for the exchange of tourism promotion actions with the Miguel Hidalgo Mayor's Office of Mexico City.
This agreement will allow the exchange of efforts to promote tourist flows between both destinations, through promotional campaigns, participation in events, creation of promotional packages, discounts in hotels and restaurants, among other actions.
