This site is a small family business that allows you to spend the afternoon in the company of the best hosts: the Revuelta family. Between Rodrigo, Juan Pablo, July, and José Luis Revuelta "El Abuelo" - a participant in Master Chef 2015 and who is at the head of the creation of the menus that are tasted every weekend - they make you spend a genuine, comfortable time, full of confidence.
Viñedo la Revuelta offers a complete experience that begins with your reservation. Its Gran Reserva restaurant has a maximum capacity of 20 people, so the preparation of food, the setting of tables, and its service are limited to people who visit them with prior notice.
Upon arrival, one of the Revuelta siblings will welcome you with a snack and a glass of wine from one of their four labels, which may be Recompensa, Reflexión, Resistencia, or Gran Reserva, and they will explain the history of the place and its inspiration. The second part is a tour of their vineyards so that you can learn a little about the process and technical aspects of their grapes and the making of their wine.
The third part of the evening is the food and wine pairing where diners arrive and friends leave, a space where the dishes and wine are not for show but for enjoyment. Here you will be attended by the same family who will explain each dish and make you feel at home.
