The end of July is approaching, summer is passing and the harvests are consolidated as iconic celebrations of the Querétaro vineyards. This is how Atongo was experienced.
In the middle of nature, with a cloudy day and an original colonial architecture of the sixteenth century, Hacienda Atongo received the harvest with a bohemian atmosphere that was the ideal scenery of Querétaro's wine culture.
In a fully restored hacienda, the people who attended were able to enjoy a harvest with colonial touches, with an exhibition of collector cars, a gastronomic market, and Querétaro wine of the highest quality.
The experience was for everyone: couples, families and friends who were able to tour the Hacienda and its vineyard, as well as taste different types of wines in its cellar. It is important to mention that the Atongo harvest opened this year the celebrations for the Marqués area of the Art, Cheese and Wine Route.
In the same way, the attendees were able to observe closely the seven hectares of vineyards that the hacienda has, and spend a pleasant afternoon next to the trojes, while drinking a good bottle of wine, among music, sandwiches, laughter and extensive after-dinner talks.
The entrance to the harvest of Hacienda Atongo included a commemorative glass, as well as the presentation of the new Lavino 2020 labels.
The grape stomping could not be missed, as well as artistic shows, harvest and traditional food of the region.
Likewise, at nightfall, Hacienda Atongo was adorned with the Bacchus festival, light and sound between horses and vineyards, which concluded one more Saturday of celebration in the vineyards of Querétaro.
