The 100 Mexican Wines Festival is the main bastion to promote the local consumption of this drink in Querétaro. For the 2022 edition, the festival brought together more than 750 labels, produced by the various wine houses from all the winemaking regions of Mexico, a Mexican wine festival that celebrated its 13th edition.
Taking into account all sanitary measures, the event was held outdoors and had special care for all visitors who, between sparkling, red and rosé, were delighted in a couple of sunny afternoons in the wine region of the state of Querétaro.
This year's distinction was the 'Culinary Stage', a special area for gastronomic culture around wine. Chefs, pastry chefs, and mixologists attended, with different proposals of dishes, drinks and tastings.
However, the national wine festival had different activities, such as helicopter rides throughout the wine region of Querétaro; as well as the implementation of 'Wine Glamping', an experience to enjoy wine with all the senses.
For Saturday, the billboard of the festival included a pleasant musical offer, which the attendees enjoyed between dancing, drinks and good vibes. The experience was opened by Carlos Campos with his meditation on the figure of wine. Then the afternoon was filled with blues with the extraordinary performance of Stormy Monday.
There was music for everyone, such as the opera and soprano recital by Hugo Salmerón and Graciela Pérez, accompanied by Ricardo Morales. Then the Mexican regional was provided by Erick Barra and his mariachis. The dance continued with Trendline who got everyone to sing along to pop hits from the nineties.
The afternoon of wine closed with the show of DJ Momis Alanis, who uncovered the party to give way to the fireworks show. It should be noted that during the two days of celebration, a couple of mimes made the attendees laugh who, laughing, played and were photographed with the charismatic characters.
The festival was held in a quiet way, an atmosphere where attendees and producers brought a harmony that culminated in the successful closing of this thirteenth edition of 100 Mexican Wines.
