International Tourism Think Tank
The Querétaro Congress Center hosted the International Tourism Think Tank Forum, an event that brought together different personalities and institutions from the most innovative currents of tourism at an international level. One of the objectives of the event was to expose local tourism with a global vision.
In this melting pot of ideas and thought, local authorities from the Ministry of Tourism were present, among which the presence of Mariela Morán, Secretary of Tourism of Querétaro, who pointed out that what is necessary is being done to take Querétaro to the next level in the field it represents.
Dialogue and proposals
Experts in international and local tourism issues shared experiences, challenges and above all ideas to be close to the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations. This type of event favors dialogue and the synergy of proposals, something that benefits everyone, shared the guests of the tourism industry.
Some of the members of the forum were Amora Carbajal, executive president of the Peruvian Commission for the Promotion of Exports and Tourism PROMPERÚ; Oscar Rueda García, president of the Development Bank of Latin America-CAF; José Antonio Vidal, president of the World Wine Tourism Organization, among others.
The plurality of Querétaro's tourist options and experiences stood out in this forum. Characters who in the state have promoted the industry with efforts such as inclusive routes through the Historic Center, education on oenology, promotion of conscious tourism, hotels and gastronomy. All these ideas were part of an event that showed Querétaro at the forefront and walking to the next level.
