The Querétaro Congress Center and the Metropolitan Theater celebrated their 11th anniversary and have already established themselves as a spearhead in the Bajío and center of the Republic for their functionality.

The space is made up of two large pavilions, which serve to house the Querétaro Congress Center, dedicated to hosting all kinds of conventions, fairs, expos; and the Metropolitan Theater, a venue for the most demanding national and international shows.
The Congress Center has a construction area of 32 thousand square meters, where 15 rooms operate of different dimensions and amenities. The versatility in the architecture of the place allows the execution of events as diverse as large exhibitions, mass congresses, business sessions or small-scale meetings. Among the innovations that this place constantly aspires to have is the opening of a coworking by 2022.
Teodoro González de León, the architect responsible, designed this space with the intention that its occupants would enjoy one of the best views of the city of Querétaro. The terraces and large windows round out the experience and envelop visitors in an executive environment worthy of the state.
The perimeter is completed by the Metropolitan Theater, a stage that can accommodate up to 1,300 people in comfortable seats in four different sections. The architect José de Arimetea Moyao López designed it with the intention of offering a functional venue, so he equipped it with a press room, dressing rooms, private and public parking, a laundry area, and a wardrobe.
Tourists and Querétaro residents have enjoyed musical performances, plays, music recitals, and dance performances on its stage. It is also worth noting that it is currently the home of the Querétaro Philharmonic Orchestra.
Visitors should be aware that there is a wide range of hotels in the area, with more than 84 hotels and 6,000 rooms within a 20-minute radius around the Querétaro Centro de Congresos and Metropolitan Theater.
