From May 19 to 29, the First Mexico Equestrian Festival was held in Querétaro, in which four federations and their disciplines participated in a unique event of its kind.
The union of equestrian disciplines in Mexico achieved the consolidation of the First Equestrian Festival of Mexico and Latin America. There was the participation of 1,500 horses in ten different disciplines
The activities that were carried out were jumping, horseball, polo, dressage, polocrosse, charrería, rodeo, horseback riding, reining, endurance, mounted games and vaulting.
Likewise, the venues for the equestrian jousts were Rancho El Pitayo, Club Hípico Montecarlo, Rancho San José QH (in Pedro Escobedo), as well as Viñedos del Polo and Terregal Endurance Cup in El Marqués.
The people attending the festival were able to enjoy hot afternoons, as well as attractive tricks of charrería and jumps, as well as intense polo duels.
The gastronomy could not be missing to have a good time, from the different barbecues, to the tacos, gringas, hamburgers, hot dogs and a station to hydrate. It was also the perfect opportunity for local artisans and producers to delight visitors with their items.
Admission to the various shows and competitions of the festival was free; On the weekends of May 19 to 22 and 26 to 26, attendees appreciated activities in disciplines such as dressage and equine therapy.
