Every year, between the months of July and September, the state of Querétaro becomes the scene of one of the most anticipated festivities by locals and visitors: the harvest season.
The harvest is the process of harvesting the grapes that will later be transformed into wine. Although this tradition has European roots, Querétaro has been able to give it its own character, making it a celebration full of identity, flavor and unparalleled experiences.
Grape harvests are not exclusive to wine lovers. These are natural, cultural and gastronomic experiences that invite everyone to participate and discover a new world in a single glass.
Among the most representative activities is the traditional grape stomping, where the participants, barefoot, relive the ancient Mediterranean process of production. There are also guided tastings led by sommeliers and local experts, which offer a real explosion of flavors, aromas and sensations.
In addition, visitors can enjoy tours of vineyards and wineries, learn about the wine production process, and immerse themselves in a festive atmosphere with live music, special guests, gastronomic samples and thematic workshops.
