Roots addition to the 2022 harvest, a sensory experience
For this edition, De Cote Casa Vitivinícola mixed its Raíz Dinner with the celebration that every harvest deserves: its harvest, so guests were able to enjoy a reception in the shade of the olive trees with the traditional stomping of grapes and then give way to a six-course dinner with dishes such as octopus ceviche, duck breast with mushrooms or exquisite wild shrimp, dishes that accompanied by the premium labels of De Cote wines turned the evening into a sensory experience.
This dinner held by Chef Adán Flores and guest chefs Alejandro Villagomez and Alejandro Cuatepotzo was inspired by the seasonality of food and was made with vegetables harvested in the same garden of De Cote Casa Vitivinícola
