Artisanal care
Los Rosales have a quality label in their products, from the beginning they have been dedicated to enhancing the production of artisanal wine.
In nine years of existence they have taken advantage of the 1950 meters above sea level to grow an emblematic grape: Salvador, also called Tintorera, which has become the emblem of the house.
In 2013 they planted five varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Chardonnay and Moscatel, all rootstocks imported from France.
The harvest of this fruit, as well as its process and its stage in barrels can be appreciated when visiting the Los Rosales Vineyard, it is there when the visitor understands the essence of a place as Querétaro as the wine they produce.
