It was blessed on March 19, 1999 by Cardinal Juan Sandoval Iñiguez and was inaugurated by the Ex-Governor of the State, Ing. Alberto Cárdenas Jimenez on April 22 of the same year. Its purpose is to promote and sell the products made by the artisans of the municipality, both wholesale and retail.
