San Sebastian Bernal is a town founded in 1642. The urban organization was established as stipulated by the hispanic tradition through the ordinances of Felipe II. At the center is the ideological power, with a catholic temple and a main square with portals formed on an irregular layout. In its central part there is a neoclassical style kiosk, which is contemporary. Likewise, around it, there are planters and benches for the rest of its own and visitors.
