Dedicated to San Sebastián Mártir, it was built between 1700 and 1725, making it one of the most important buildings in the area. Architecturally, no one style can be defined as dominant, however, the indigenous hand can be seen in the details of the bell tower. The stained glass windows, which were installed later, provide an original perspective of the interior space. On the arch of the doorway are the initials "TA", which correspond to Tiburcio Ángeles, the benefactor who changed the roof and placed the buttresses.
