In 2022 with 3 dates in emblematic places of the city, gastronomy will be combined with wine tourism, art and lifestyle
Labrantío in alliance with Michelin Mexico in its second edition of Michelin Chefs Meets Querétaro organize a series of themed experiences to bring to Querétaro the latest gastronomic trends from different parts of the world by the hand of Michelin Star Chefs.
Chefs recognized by the Michelin guide with stars for their career in the gastronomic world, will be serving menus paired with national and international wines and spirits, in addition to the presence and support of different sponsoring brands that will complement the dinners with experiences focused on the world of art and lifestyle.
The culinary art has evolved since the first time human beings lit a fire and sat in community around it to cook their food; Today, thanks to globalization, communication and distribution networks, the most ambitious kitchens in the world have been able to imagine and create culinary works of art combining flavors and ingredients from different parts of planet Earth, having a limitless range for their creations.
Michelin adopted a cause that they have carried out with deep respect, high demand and discipline; of seeking and finding the best places to eat and drink in the world; the most original, honest and well-achieved places; and began to put each of them in the Michelin guide and give them stars to recognize them for their achievements.
For a chef and restaurant, getting their name written in the Michelin guide is one of the most important achievements they can aspire to in their career.
Today, a Michelin star represents and ensures that the place where you go to eat and drink has a great quality at a national level and that it will guarantee incredible sensory and gastronomic experiences.
To get two stars is to have first-class quality in its type of cuisine, with worldwide recognition and the reception of international diners.
Three Michelin stars is a distinction with worldwide recognition; It is synonymous with exceptional cuisine, being among the best in the world, so much so that it justifies a trip just to eat there.
The name restaurant comes from the word restore because good eating and drinking not only restores the body but also restores the soul.
In ancient times, restaurants were a refuge for people who came from hard work, heavy work and wars; Thanks to restaurants, diners could revive and regain strength to continue working and fighting.
