The Hacienda Lagunillas and its restaurant Labrantío Cocina Rústica & Grill, offered a harvest for lovers of the best Querétaro wine and gastronomy
Just 25 minutes from the Historic Center of Querétaro stands the Hacienda Lagunillas, an emblematic site that last weekend allocated part of its gardens for the 2022 wine celebration.
The Harvest focused on offering activities for children and adults, cultural diversity, music, artistic activities and a delicious and wide gastronomic offer were present.
The presence of the Querétaro Wine Cluster favored to know some of the most attractive wine proposals of the region. Those present enjoyed tastings at the stand and were able to purchase bottles to enjoy with their food.
Craft beer, signature ice cream, cheeses from the region, as well as some clothing accessories dominated the sale among the attendees.
Artisans from the municipalities of Pedro Escobedo and Amealco de Bonfil were also present.
Gastronomic offer
The Labrantío restaurant offered some of its best dishes to the attendees. Its traditional smoke kitchen generated a country atmosphere to the environment; Cuts, pizzas, cheese boards were present on the tables of the place.
For its part, the Sayil restaurant, present in this harvest, offered roast pork round and round, poc chuc, cochinita pibil buried in well, buried suckling pig, wood-fired brisket, sea and turf skewers and a wide variety of charcoal tacos.
Each dish was a perfect pairing option for the Querétaro wines that adorned the Hacienda Lagunillas.
The show concluded with the presentation of the concheros of Aztlán, who expressed through dance some of the deepest cultural roots of Mexico.
The rides, and an exhibition of antique cars were also part of the fun of those present. Girls, boys, adults, young people, all enjoyed a complete harvest full of options to spend a spectacular afternoon.
