Querétaro is the most successful aeronautical cluster
in Mexico, as well as the sector with the highest
growth. The National Aeronautical University
of Querétaro (UNAQ) is the first of its kind in
the country. The aerospace park is 100% destined for
this sector.
Automotive
Sector dedicated to bus and tractor assemblers , which generate more than 49,000 jobs. It represents 10% of the State GDP.
Biotechnology
With more than 100 companies, this sector represents at least 5.3% of the state's exports, and generates more than 25 thousand jobs.
Information Technology
Querétaro has more than 122 companies that are part of the InteQSoft Cluster, whose annual sales exceed 500 million dollars. This sector is consolidated as an area of growing importance, representing about 3% of the state GDP.
Appliances
This sector has more than 30 companies, in addition to a research and development center. It represents approximately 7.5% of the State GDP and generates more than 1,500 jobs.
