


Finca Las Luciérnagas is a farm in Querétaro dedicated to the responsible raising of sheep and the artisanal production of sheep's milk cheeses. Its products include several cheeses such as Allegro cheese, a sheep's milk tomme with a washed crust and creamy paste; Andante, a beer-ripened cheese with special flavors; Presto, a fresh cheese with natural, herbal and olive versions; and Bocatto, a fresh spreadable cheese with a mild flavor and creamy texture; as well as complementary dairy products such as yogurt and kefir made from sheep's milk. It is also worth mentioning that this project is part of the Art, Cheese and Wine Route, promoting a healthy, sustainable and responsible lifestyle.
