EVA is an educational institution located in Querétaro that is dedicated to promoting wine culture through courses and training in viticulture, production techniques, wine tourism and wine pairing. Since 2011, it has trained more than a thousand students who actively contribute in the vineyards and wineries of the region, standing out for combining theory with real experiences in the field and wine production, placing Querétaro as a national benchmark in wine culture.
