To commemorate the historical passages that gave way to the national independence struggle, during the weekends of September, the historical play "Los Insurgentes" will be presented at the Government Palace of Querétaro, which in 2023, celebrates 20 years of uninterrupted presentation during the national holidays.
This work focuses on portraying the life and work of the Corregidora of Querétaro, Doña Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez. The staging will have free performances with a ticket, on September 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 22, 23, 24, 29 and 30 at 9:00 p.m.
