Founded on April 1, 2014. The museum houses 2 important collections. The first is composed of the masks made by local Bernal artists every May 2nd since 1987 for the annual contest. The other collection is a compilation of Mrs. Irma Chávez's travels around the world. They come from Africa, America, Europe and New Zealand. This precinct has three permanent exhibition rooms containing approximately 300 pieces, a projection room, a games room and guided tours.
