For almost 80 years, most of the baskets sold throughout Mexico have been made in Tequisquiapan by skilled artisans who transform a bundle of sticks into precious handicrafts, thus turning this beautiful magical town into the "Basketry Paradise". This and many other handicrafts are currently for sale at the Tequezquicalli Artisan Market.
