The gastronomic experience completely rounds off what Viñedos del Polo means; the kitchen, in charge of chef Nacho Ávila, offers a Uruguayan menu for the whole family. Appetizers, cuts of meat, salads, vegetables, side dishes are perfectly combined between the most South American styles and the highest quality Mexican food. The desserts deserve a separate mention, don't leave without enjoying the variety of alfajores of the house.
