Querétaro, which currently has 600 hectares of wine crops and 300 wine labels; It houses 250 hotels, with 5 thousand rooms and 11 artisanal cheese factories, it continues to consolidate itself as the wine route of the future. With the triple helix of development in place and working hand in hand to develop this important industry, the future could not be more promising.
With the first Wine Cluster in Mexico, the aim is to evolve towards a viticulture and organic that consolidates the region as the best in gastronomic proposal and the most attractive for the investment of integrated wine projects. Among its objectives is to achieve an annual growth of up to 10% in wine production, as well as to increase the vineyard area by 60% by 2028.
