Montespejo has 700 square meters of closed and open areas enabled for your events. It is made up of an entrance reception, main patio, second private patio for welcome cocktail, third private patio for photos and cocktails, private room for civil ceremony or icebreakers, kitchen with stove and space to serve the event, wine cellar, warehouse for supplies and refrigerators, as well as an elegant nineteenth-century dining room for the signing of witnesses.
The maximum capacity for its events is 140 people, with the option of renting one of its 13 rooms, which are divided into a master suite for the bride and groom, five king suites and seven double queen suites.
It should be noted that Casa Montespejo is one of the oldest mansions in Querétaro, dating from the sixteenth century and its location in the heart of the Historic Center makes it an ideal point for celebrations that seek exclusivity, elegance and romanticism.
The recent remodel expanded the House with three beautiful outdoor patios, three multifunctional lounges, a semi-equipped banquet kitchen, and 13 en-suite rooms each.
The restoration process was planned leaving the basic structure of the House, with its different heights and multiple rooms. The original architecture combines elements with a new, modern approach. All the ideas were aligned with the modern neo-classical style of the architect Pedro Antonio Urquiza.
