With little time since its opening, this business has dedicated itself to making its people fall in love with delicacies, such as shells, croissants, cinnamon rolls, acámbaro bread, and much more.
A hidden baking jewel in the Querétaro Semidesert, part of the municipality of Colón, the El Güero Artisan Bakery has been a benchmark for quality flavor for more than 40 years. Their specialty in the use of wood-fired ovens is what gives their breads a characteristic flavor that enchants the palate; They offer you from the most traditional ones such as mestizas, quesadillas stuffed with piloncillo or chorreada, to sweet, savory and cinnamon breads.
