Located in the heart of the Historic Center (Allende 7 Norte), Dolce Bisquet Qro is the perfect choice for those who enjoy a comforting breakfast. Their specialty, artisanal biscuits, come in various presentations: bacon, garlic mushrooms, machaca, chorizo or hash-brown potatoes. But their offer doesn't end there: waffles, chilaquiles, natural smoothies and other drinks complete a menu that will make you want to come back. With a schedule from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 14:00 PM, this is the ideal place to start the day on the right foot.

Mirthala Coffee Bar

If you are looking for a café with charm and a good atmosphere, Mirthala Coffee Bar is the right place. With two branches in Querétaro (Los Arcos No. 62 and Hacienda Grande No. 505), this café welcomes you with its freshly baked artisanal sweet bread and dishes that stand out for their size and for the use of fresh ingredients, some of them grown in their own gardens. Its terrace overlooking the city's arches makes it the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good breakfast. Open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, this is a magical corner for any lover of coffee and good food.

Premier Coffee

For those looking for a more sophisticated dining experience, Café Premieres is a must-stop. Located at Calle Sta. Teresa 502-Local 33, Santa Fé, Juriquilla, under the direction of chef Juan Pablo Inés, this space promotes the slow food philosophy, betting on local, natural and quality ingredients. With a focus on the direct relationship with producers, each dish guarantees freshness and flavor. During the mornings, its breakfast menu (from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) is not to be missed, while in the evenings it transforms into a wine bar, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine in a relaxed atmosphere.

Located in Alamos 2nd Section, Hybrido Coffee is a new proposal in the coffee scene of Querétaro, which combines coworking with a relaxed and authentic experience. This space seeks to win the hearts of those who enjoy a comfortable place to work, study or simply enjoy a good cup of coffee. One of the great attractions of Hybrido Coffee is its atmosphere: spacious, well-lit spaces and a quiet atmosphere where you can bring your own vinyl and play it while you're there. The café offers an interesting variety of coffees and drinks, perfect to accompany its specialty: focaccia Alejandra. Open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and weekends from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
