Maintaining the constant presence and trend, the Hunger restaurant, located in Juriquilla, inaugurated its Festivale Italiano, by the work of the famous chef Julián Martínez.
This event will be available from August 3 to September 4, and will be presented with a special menu for diners visiting Hunger.
Chef Julián is currently in charge of the menu at the Sepia restaurant in Mexico City. For Hunger he has developed a proposal of contemporary Italian cuisine, always with the style and quality that distinguishes a chef of his level.
The recipes and processes of the dishes that will be available for a month at Hunger, have the most autochthonous seal of Italian cuisine. Chef Julián Martínez has more than 30 years of experience in foods from the 'country of the boot'.
During 2012 he was collaborating directly with the Italian restaurant Osteria Francescana, named the best restaurant in the world in 2016 by the San Pellegrino guide.
At this festival, Hunger offers its customers dishes such as blue shrimp carpaccio, beef tail croquettes, Pappardelle with lamb ragout, beef tagliata with prosciutto, Semifreddo al caffé, among many others.
