The Mexican Polo Federation A.C. celebrates the centennial of its foundation in 2022, which is why it has announced a series of events that will serve to honor this date.
Authorities of the Federation reported on the qualifiers for the XII Polo World Cup, to be held in Florida, United States; in this confrontation, the Mexican Polo Team and its counterpart from Guatemala will be measured. The sports contest will serve to qualify for the world tournament.
The qualifying matches will be held from March 29 to April 3 at Viñedos de Polo in the Marqués.
"Querétaro is a mixture of cultures, industries, gastronomy, architecture, faces; but above all of many emotions, such as the emotions generated by the Polo. And that is why we are always grateful that they visit us, that they can take that little piece of that beautiful Mexico, of this Mexican dream, which is this land of opportunities," said the Secretary of Tourism, Mariela Morán, during the presentation of the tournaments.
On the other hand, one of the tournaments that commemorate the centennial of the Mexican Polo Federation is already being played, it is the Mexico Centennial Cup, which takes place at Viñedos San Lucas in San Miguel de Allende with the participation of 4 teams with national and foreign players.
The grand final of this contest will be played on April 3 at the Viñedos de Polo field, in Querétaro.
