Forever Wedding Summit 2022 arrives in Querétaro

Forever Wedding Summit was born in Colombia in 2016, with the name of Wedding Planner Convention and from 2021 it evolved to be a global event, in accordance with the needs and challenges of an industry in permanent transformation. Its work is to be a space designed to train and professionalize the wedding industry in Latin America and generate networking.

The event is a unique opportunity to directly reach the 250 most influential wedding planners, who will become multipliers of the products or services of the allied companies.

Five versions have been held, Medellín 2016, Cali 2017, Bogotá 2018, Cartagena 2019 and Medellín 2021, all with great reception and massive attendance. (an average of 280 attendees for each of the versions).

For this 2022, the Forever Wedding Summit arrives for the first time in Mexico, by the Association of Bridal Consultants ABC, and will be held in the capital of Querétaro. In the words of Mónica Restrepeo, director of ABC, the designation of Querétaro corresponds to a series of evaluations that were made on different locations in Mexico.

"We did research of different places within Mexico that met the requirements we needed, which were basically that it had good connectivity, that it had a consolidated wedding industry, that it had the stages, that it had all the support. We really liked Querétaro and everything it has because people who come from abroad or from other states wanted them to be impregnated with all the culture of Mexico and we found here the ideal place to experience different aspects of Mexican culture," said Restrepo.

The people who will attend are wedding planners, among whom it is expected to have approximately 280 people, of which 30 percent are foreigners.

In two days of events, Querétaro will have the best of the wedding industry in Mexico and Latin America, which will make the city the center of attention of the entire Spanish-speaking industry.
