Flor de Alfalfa is a family farm dedicated to the production of natural dairy products, committed to the care of the environment and animal welfare. Its Jersey cows live free on pastures cultivated without chemicals, which allows it to obtain pure milk, free of hormones, antibiotics and preservatives. This milk, rich in calcium, proteins and lactobacilli, is the basis for its fresh cheeses, including Asadero, Panela, Otomí, Rollo, Manchego Mexicano, Botanero with chipotle, Botanero with jalapeño and epazote, and Oaxaca.
