Also known as Santuario de la Congregación de Clérigos Seculares de Santa María de Guadalupe is a baroque style temple designed by architect José de Bayas Delgado, built in 1680; and in 1736 it was remodeled by Don Juan Caballero y Osio.
The baroque style façade with pink quarry stone is flanked by two towers, and on top of it there is a statue of the Virgin of Guadalupe.
The main altarpiece with the image of the Virgin of Guadalupe in the center of the presbytery is the work of the painter Miguel Cabrera, and dates from 1778.
