San Sebastián Bernal is a town founded in 1642. The urban organization was established as stipulated by the Hispanic tradition through the ordinances of Philip II. At the center is the ideological power, with a Catholic temple and a main square with portals formed on an irregular layout. In its central part is located a kiosk of neoclassical style, which is contemporary. There are also planters and benches around the area for locals and visitors to rest.
