The Gloria Michaus Fernandez Cultural Center is located in downtown Tequisquiapan. It employs about 11 to 30 people. was founded on May 30, 1991, with the purpose of carrying out different activities such as: conferences, cinema, theater, plastic arts exhibitions and book presentations; it also offers 15 different workshops and a space where artistic workshops are developed, aimed at the general public from six years of age; this establishment besides being a cultural center is a public sector school dedicated to the teaching of trades.
