Cuisine of real tradition

Preparing ram barbecue in the traditional way: in a ground-level oven with volcanic stone, firewood and pencas of maguey; chicken soup made with the meat juice and other ingredients. This barbecue recipe is a family heritage passed from generation to generation since Don Juan Fortanell and Doña Sabina Yáñez, great grandparents of the current owners. Barbacoa Miranda is one of the most traditional mexican food restaurants in the state of Querétaro, with a trajectory of 45 years.
